Since 2017, Emergence Collective has worked alongside organizations seeking to be more effective and reflective using more inclusive and participatory approaches.

Emergence Collective is a women-owned firm with members coming from wide-ranging walks of life and with a variety of skill sets and experience, including public health professionals, environmentalists, social workers, human-centered designers and entrepreneurs.

Our approach is centered on capacity building, which means it's our priority to work with you to ensure our partnership moves your organization forward, helping you reach your potential without adding unwieldy processes to your team.

Emergence Collective is deeply committed to equity, justice, and collaboration, and our consulting approach engages voices that are often left out of strategic problem-solving.  In line with this commitment, EC engages in the practice of the Equitable Evaluation Framework™(EEF), which seeks to reimagine the purpose and practice of evaluation by seeding and growing a field to advance equity and expand notions of validity, objectivity, rigor, and embrace complexity.
